We are looking for a Cloud System & Application Administrator (m/f/d) to support Client Group in maintaining and developing the future of our Modern Workplace environment.

  • Take responsibility, maintain and develop our Citrix farm based on XenApp and XenDesktop;
  • Manage and improve our On-premise and Cloud based applications landscape;
  • Develop individual Cloud based solutions and provide 3rd level support;
  • Improve our Active Directory / Azure Directory strategy;
  • Take care for data security and backup strategy;
  • Be in charge of our collaboration platforms with Zoom and Teams;
  • Management of our remote connectivity and security platforms (NetScaler, Zscaler);
  • Establishment of documentation, instructions and checklists, to support of our service desk;
  • Collaboration on IT-infrastructure and global projects.
  • Several years of working experience as a System & Application Administrator;
  • Extensive knowledge of Citrix platforms (XenApp, XenDesktop, NetScaler, PVS etc.);
  • Expertise in system monitoring, maintenance, tuning and troubleshooting;
  • Experience with O365 / Azure applications;
  • Passion to proactively and constantly improve status-quo on all levels;
  • Good communication skills, ability to work in a team;
  • Willingness to take over responsibility and to gain expertise on new technologies;
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written.
Higher Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or comparable.
