Currently, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join the Talent Management Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the success of our internal products, current and new ones, from ideation to launch and beyond. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our users and align with the company's strategic objectives.

Project Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends.
- Collaborate with PO on a product roadmap creating and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prioritize features and tasks based on business priorities and user needs.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements and updates.
- Monitor product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions to optimize the product.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management with IT background.
- English level: Upper Intermediate or higher.
- Understanding of Talent Management processes.
- Hands-on experience in MS Office suite is a must.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to set definite goals and focus on the results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Organizational Skills.
- Proactivity.
