• Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing product management teams, setting clear objectives and supporting their professional development. 
• Develop and articulate a clear product strategy, vision, and goals for the enterprise product portfolio, aligning them with the overall organizational strategy. 
• Take end-to-end ownership over the development of new corporate products from ideas to design, sample production, testing, forecast, cost, implementation, and adoption. 
• Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development and delivery align with customer needs and business goals. 
• Manage the financial aspects of product development, including budgeting and forecasting for development and maintenance. 
• Oversee the product development process, including feature prioritization, sprint planning, and quality assurance. 
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and success. 
• Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related updates and status reports for various stakeholders. 
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and product portfolio performance. 
• Drive innovation in product development and continuously seek opportunities to improve existing products. 
• Manage product release processes and schedules. 
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate relevant advancements into product strategies. 
• Foster a collaborative culture within the product management team and across the organization. 
• Solve product-related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.  
• Be an evangelist of our products to lead, inspire, and influence people inside the organization. 

• Proven experience in product engineering and management, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior product engineering role. 
• Experience managing a portfolio of enterprise products. 
• Strong understanding of product engineering and management principles, including product life cycle, roadmapping, and strategy development. 
• Demonstrated success in driving product development and delivering high-quality products on time and within budget. 
• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools. 
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, lead, and motivate cross-functional product engineering teams. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders. 
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external partners. 
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to set a product vision and execute it effectively. 
• Data-driven decision-making, with the ability to use metrics and KPIs to drive product improvements. 
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 
• A track record of driving innovation and creative problem-solving in product development. 
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Engineering Manager (CEM) or Certified SAFe® Product Owner / Product Manager (SAFe® POPM) are a plus.
