Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to assess their needs and priorities in data analytics, visualization, and reporting;
  • Understand underlying operational business processes and systems;
  • Manage various data-related requests in a fast-paced environment;
  • Discuss requirements with customer, understand their business needs and translate them to features and user stories;
  • Communicate the requirements to the technical designer and the scrum team and be a bridge between customer and team;
  • Manage priorities with shared services that are supporting the team (like Infra, DBA, Monitoring, Security);
  • Manage backlog, plan sprints in Jira, track the status of our commitments to customer;
  • Prepare and validate analytical reports.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in performing the role of Business Analyst or Product Owner with a focus on data analytics or BI tools;
  • Understanding data modeling concepts;
  • Proven experience with agile methodologies especially Scrum;
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI and Microsoft business intelligence tools;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proactive position, result-oriented mindset;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Confidence in networking and managing relationships across the business and technical teams;
  • Curiosity about people and data - you know how to ask questions to get to the root of the matter.
