About our project:

With the regard to company growth strategy and quality of internal processes support we are looking for Project Coordinator\Scrum Master to help manage and set internal products for a new level of effectiveness. We have a few projects with different technologies and teams with ambitious plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Organization and support of development process for multiple projects;
  • Ability to ensure the effective use of agile process;
  • Projects backlog organization and tracking (statuses, estimates, description, etc);
  • Moderation and support of general project meetings and ceremonies (stand-up, retro, planning, grooming, estimates, etc.);
  • Follow-ups preparation and control of action items implementation (time frame, scope);
  • General project KPI collecting and regular reports preparation (velocity, progress, estimate accuracy, quality etc);
  • Project scope and timings tracking and forecasting. Scope leveling for in time delivery;
  • Tight coordination with PM and BA;
  • Risk analysis and escalation\mitigation. Ability to track and remove impediments;
  • Operational communication with the team;
  • Own decision making within defined level of authority;
  • Helping team or individual to clarify goals and actions to achieve them;
  • Regular analysis of development process efficiency, improvements implementation;
  • Helping with project documentation preparation (roadmaps, project charter, RACI matrix etc).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years as a project coordinator or scrum master;
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices;
  • Experience with Atlassian products: Jira, Confluence;
  • Ability to coordinate multiple scrum teams;
  • Knowledge about techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing, etc.;
  • Basic understanding of web-technologies, ability to explain basic things like what is git, script, cron, api etc.;
  • Ability to evaluate and plan own and team  tasks;
  • Good people management and leadership skills;
  • Stress resistant;
  • Possess of conflict resolution: conversation by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty, and respect;
  • English: intermediate level (to understand technical documentation).
