Project Overview:

Intellias, a fast-growing technology company, is looking for a People Operations Specialist to administrate our in-house time entry system. The daily responsibilities of a successful candidate will span processing and maintaining the employee data, including personal information and time reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Introduce the newcomers with the company presentation and corporate time entry system;
  • Maintain the employee personal data;
  • Process requests on work periods, vacations, and sick leaves;
  • Ensure the timely data providing by the employees;
  • Control the employees stick to the corporate reporting rules;
  • Collaborate with accountants and managers to make updates to time entries.

Requirements:

  • 1 + years experience as HR specialist, accountant or similar role;
  • Hands-on experience in managing large volumes of data;
  • Good time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines;
  • Expertise in MS Office;
  • Strong attention to details;
  • Proactive attitude and multitasking;
  • Strong level of English;
  • Higher education.
