Responsibilities:
- Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparation;
- Company registration on tender platforms;
- Monitoring of the tender/bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements;
- Contribution with Sales, Presales and Technical teams to specify bids opportunity;
- Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines;
- Information preparation for sending requests for tenders/bids/RFIs;
- Tender/bid materials library management;
- Reporting to Pre-sales team within Financial Services & Insurance Vertical.
Requirements:
- Tender/Bid Management;
- Screening public and customer owned sourcing portals to identify opportunities for tender proposals;
- Tender/Bid conditions analysis and management of the tender/bid preparation;
- Be able to work part-time 16-20 hours per week;
- Fluent German;
- Upper-intermediate / Advanced English.
Nice to have:
- Understanding of Financial Services, Fintech, Insurtech domains (would be a plus).
