Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Partnerships and Alliances Team to build ICPs and persona-based buyer journeys as the foundation for campaigns strategy;
Develop partnership-focused value propositions through deep understanding of business needs, pain points, and goals of potential customers;
Assist Partnerships and Alliances Team in market research requests;
Set up the priorities and collaborate with functional teams (research, digital, content, promo) to create a holistic ecosystem of partnerships-related assets (landing pages, business cases, blog posts, presales materials among others);
Prepare materials for partner’s marketplaces in close collaboration with the Technology Office and Delivery teams;
Drive initiatives to achieve differentiation and visibility within our partners’ ecosystems (as per priorities) and position Intellias as their credible partner in our key client locations through leveraging and scaling partnership co-marketing opportunities;
Own the partnerships marketing metrics and results, including collecting regular analytics against KPIs and delivering performance reports to the leadership group.

Requirements:

3-4 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in IT services industry;
Understanding of modern technology ecosystem, key market players and their business models;
Experience with creating marketing content mapped to different customer journey stages;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to quickly find, categorize and structure information from different sources;
Analytical mindset and readiness to work in a metrics driven culture to measure tactics and channels impacts;
High level of self-organization and ability to stick to deadlines;
Strong collaborative skills to maintain open communication with team members and ensure everyone is in-the-know;
At least Upper Intermediate Level of English;
Higher education: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree.
