Project Overview:

Being one of the fastest-growing technology service providers with Ukrainian roots and global footprint, Intellias is investing in building up its growth in the European region. Our ambitious goals are grounded in constant market research, as well as proactive, highly targeted campaigns aimed at achieving better predictability and controllability over our vertical pipelines. To facilitate these plans, we are looking for a Campaign Manager for Intellias European line of business to strengthen our outreach, event, and account-based initiatives with a structured, data-driven approach.

In this role you will closely collaborate with the European Sales Team, Industry Leaders, Research, and Demand Generation Team to execute and optimize our lead generation strategy, as well as enrich and validate data for the European marketing and sales campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with European Sales Team to build ICPs and persona-based buyer journeys as the foundation for campaign strategy;
Collect and enrich data according to the ICPs defined;
Develop and execute outbound campaigns by setting up automated flows (LinkedIn, email), including building contact lists and messages;
Assist European Sales Team in market research requests;
Support account-based marketing campaigns, specifically in the context of account-based research and outbound aspects;
Ensure campaign results tracking and data management in the CRM system;
Collect regular analytics against KPIs and deliver performance reports to the leadership group.

Requirements:

2-3 years’ experience in IT services industry;
Ability to quickly find, categorize and structure information from different sources;
Readiness to work in a metrics driven culture to measure tactics and channels impacts;
High level of self-organization and ability to stick to deadlines;
Strong collaborative skills to maintain open communication with team members and ensure everyone is in-the-know;
Analytical mindset;
At least Upper Intermediate Level of English; German would be a plus;
Higher education: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree.
