• Develop and implement Intellias Employer Branding strategy in Poland;
• Conduct complex marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness in different channels;
• Cooperate with partners to maximize brand exposure;
• Develop different types of brand content in cooperation with our copywriter (social media content, presentations, articles, etc.) and manage its distribution;
• Maintain PR campaigns and media relations with the help of PR team;
• Organize events such as press conferences, webinars, hackathons and ensure speaking engagements of our experts at important industry events;
• Support local recruitment marketing, CSR activities, and internal communications;
• Work with different stakeholders across the organization.

• Good knowledge of the local IT market;
• Strong creative thinking and strategic planning skills;
• Experience with media relations, established network of media contacts would be a strong advantage;
• Experience in development and execution of complex marketing campaigns on Polish market (minimum 3 years);
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, other relevant field or equivalent work experience;
• Proficiency in English and Polish languages, knowledge of other languages would be a plus; 
• Proactive, open-minded team player.
