Responsibilities:

  • Active search for qualified candidates according to vacancies requirements using several channels: LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, social networks;
  • Screen and select resumes;
  • Cooperate with Recruiters to understand talent needs and create an effective search strategy to recruit candidates;
  • Schedule interviews and phone screens;
  • Maintain internal databases, related reports;
  • Work on different HR/Recruiting projects e.g. applicant tracking system optimization, social networking, career site;
  • Job market analyses and reviews;
  • Participation in other HR activities.

Requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • 1+ year of experience on researcher/ sourcer position; 
  • Excellent data processing and IT skills;
  • Strong attention to details;
  • Upper­-Intermediate English level; 
  • Desire to develop and grow in recruitment sphere;
  • Knowledge of IT market;
  • Result-oriented, strong work ethic.
