Responsibilities:

  • Active search for qualified candidates according to vacancies requirements using several channels: LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, social networks,
  • Screen and select resumes,
  • Cooperate with Recruiters to understand talent needs and create an effective search strategy to recruit candidates,
  • Schedule interviews and phone screens,
  • Maintain internal databases, related reports,
  • Work on different HR/Recruiting projects e.g. applicant tracking system optimization, social networking, career site,
  • Job market analyses and reviews,
  • Participation in other HR activities.

Requirements:

  • Higher education, 
  • 1+ year of experience on researcher/ sourcer position, 
  • Excellent data processing and IT skills, 
  • Strong attention to details, 
  • Upper­-Intermediate English level, 
  • Desire to develop and grow in recruitment sphere, 
  • Knowledge of IT market, 
  • Result-oriented, strong work ethic.
