As a leading CSP in its country, the client provides connectivity services to tenths of millions of subscribers and plays a vital part in shaping digitalization.
As a subcontractor, Intellias will support BSS (business support systems) and IT systems transformation with the goal to deliver faster product launches and provide an enhance customer experience. The scope of the transformation project may include CRM, Point of sale, self-service, among other telecom and enterprise IT platforms.
Prepaid IT is a multi-tenant multi-brand capable CRM system for Prepaid customers and Client Brand Partners. It also maintains product catalogue and a product subscriptions for all customers including Service Providers. System is in production for a while, serving a lot of business logic and flows for majority of customers.
Prepaid IT stores and administrates:
- Pre provisioning of SIM cards;
- Customer Registration/activation;
- Customer churn Management;
- Personal customer data changes;
- Tariffs and pack Management;
- Mobile Number Porting;
- Network settings changes.
