Our customer provides a suit of groundbreaking digital communication services enabling SME - companies to perform the entire customer journey online – from the first contact on the website up to a legally compliant online-signature.
The application of the software suite is the service “CONNECT” which enables website providers to:
- detect visitors on their website in real-time;
- contact them directly on the website via personalized dialog;
- communicate with customers via Video chat.
The client develops a highly automated and scalable product which can be sold worldwide and activated/used via Browser-Login.
- Firebase for 90% of applications infrastructure;
- Vue.js proficiency (or React / Angular with interest in learning Vue);
- Google Cloud Platform (App Engine, Cloud Build) familiarity;
- Up to date knowledge of best practices, web application coding and architecture techniques;
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively to find solutions (and the experience to know when each is needed);
- Strong prioritization skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication;
- Creativity, curiosity and a willingness to experiment.
Nice to have:
- Firebase (Hosting, Cloud Functions, Authentication) familiarity a big plus;
- Firestore (or similar NoSQL) data design experience/proficiency a big plus;
- Experience with Node.JS.
