Role and Responsibilities:

  • Arranges the reception of deliveries from suppliers and vendors;
  • Prepares the workplace for newcomers;
  • Replaces the contractors/teams within the office;
  • Resolves Service Desks tickets on office issues;
  • Independently troubleshoots appliances, electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and other systems or initiates service providers visits;
  • Performs basic office repairs (including furniture and appliances) and miscellaneous works as needed;
  • Participates in office relocation process;
  • Performs infrastructure tasks connected to new offices launching;
  • Participates in initiatives, processes, and procedures to improve operational efficiencies;
  • Performs a variety of preventive maintenance tasks;
  • Inspects office on daily basis according to the checklist;
  • Provides support during the planning and conduction of internal events (corporate events, conferences, etc.);
  • Ensures proper execution of eco-initiatives (waste sorting, energy-saving, etc.);
  • Provides transportation and delivery services;
  • Interacts with all departments of the Company;
  • Responsibility for office fire safety and occupational health and safety;
  • Other duties as requested or defined by role.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Education: Undergraduate or University degree.

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

  • Previous experience of a customer service environment;
  • General technical knowledge and background;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Strong attention to details;
  • Prioritization skills;
  • Physical ability to perform job requirements;
  • Language requirements: English – Elementary, Intermediate;
  • Computer skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
