Project Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to join our Automotive team as a Director, Automotive Digital Technology.

Your goal will be to follow and predict market trends, shape our digital automotive technology landscape and help Intellias Automotive segment adapt to it. We expect you to manage and grow the company’s digital automotive competency, perform through leadership and collaborate with the Sales team. A critical part of the role is external events, meeting clients, and internally facing different stakeholder groups. With current circumstances, travel is not permitted; however, travel will be essential when the situation eases up. Expect at least 10-25%.

You will help build and maintain Intellias Automotive technical front face to clients and developers. Working alongside other Automotive team members from different departments, you will be responsible for consulting clients and prospects with regard to Automotive technology and personally lead presales with key prospects. You will also be working with a collaborative and dedicated team of engineers to research and experiment with new technologies.

What will I be accountable for:

Driving Intellias automotive digital technology landscape – continuously perform technology intelligence, lead new technology acquisition, and establish mature technology practice. Work closely with L&D organization to prepare training programs for engineers to scale the practices up;
Building solid professional relationships and rapport with our client base;
Liaising with other remote team members;
Producing thought leadership relevant technical collateral as an enabler for Sales and Marketing, including white papers, blogs, etc.;
Leading technical sales activities from the Delivery side for key accounts, including technical storyline preparation, PoCs, and workshops with clients.

What skills, experience, and qualifications I need:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science/mathematics/physics (or equivalent work experience);
Strong engineering background;
3+ years in a technical leadership position (Director level or above);
Experience with all stages of the sales process;
Broad experience in different Automotive domain areas and around (embedded, AI/ML, Cloud solutions, Mobile – more is better);
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve extraordinary results;
Self-starter and can work effectively in a global, distributed team.
