Project Overview:

Our customer is fast grown FinTech startup in the loan management domain operating in EU. We are at the beginning of the long-term journey to build a loan management system using Microsoft technology stack.
Join us now and become a part of a core team to influence architecture setup, establish cooperation with customer and all this cool stuff at the start of the project!

We are looking for a Azure DevOps who will join our team to support a debt management company with operations in several European countries.  You will be part of a geographically distributed team that works in the multinational European environment.

  • Setup of the Azure infrastructure including MS services like Dynamics, DataFactories, Dataverse, Power platforms etc;
  • Test and Prod environment configuration and support;
  • Setup continuous integration and deployment pipeline from test to prod, build management;
  • Collaboration on automation and optimization of processes and workflows;
  • Licenses provisioning;
  • Azure multitenant configuration;
  • Ensure that in-scope applications/platforms are meeting performance and stability requirements;
  • Setup monitoring capabilities;
  • Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple applications;
  • Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts;
  • Improve reliability, availability and performance of the cloud systems;
  • Identify issues that require more attention, and work to resolve issues based on an understanding of the business problem being solved;
  • Exploring and researching the latest SRE/DevOps technology and trends.
  • 2 years of Site Reliability Engineering or related systems support experience;
  • 3 years of direct experience supporting and managing Azure PaaS, SaaS;
  • 3 years of direct experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines;
  • Experience in Containers and Container orchestration (EKS, AppService);
  • Experience in MS services like Dynamics, DataFactories, Dataverse, Power platforms etc;
  • Вegree in Computer Science or equivalent working experience;
  • Proven ability to solve new challenges and problems quickly and independently;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders including senior leadership;
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate details and impacts of complex proposed solutions;
  • Ability to debug, optimize code, and automate routine tasks;
  • Strong technical troubleshooting, diagnosing and problem-solving skills;
  • Have a detail-oriented mindset considering edge cases, failure modes, behavioral patterns.
