Project Overview:

Our client is the fastest-growing global tobacco manufacturing company. An international corporation with over hundred years of history, internationally recognized brands and Reduced-Risk Products. Intellias mission is to support their strategy and efforts in Digital and eCommerce space.
A newly conceptualized Digital Eco System is comprised of set of capabilities including online shop & website, linking online & offline, customization & personalization, engagement & membership, digital product & services main differences.

As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating several projects across consumer solutions, identifying market requirements, and communicating changes.(eCommerce and other apps). Work cross-functionally in a product team on operations and Non Functional Requirements, implementing business continuity systems to enhance the availability, observability, performance and other non functional aspects.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with scaling the capabilities across consumer solutions like eCommerce platform, data platform, mobile apps;
  • Working closely with the stakeholders, customers (B2B), vendors and trading partners;
  • Supporting the product roll-up (15 markets) and digital training for the entire organization;
  • Tracking implementation in terms of process, timelines, tasks dependencies and resources;
  • Producing agreed regular progress reports on the project status;
  • Being involved in identifying market requirements, data and resource analysis, resource requests;
  • Ensuring resources availability and delivery of desired results for the market.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in equivalent position for internet based application, especially multi-tenant architecture based;
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to influence people, leadership by examples, cultural awareness;
  • Experience in requirement analysis, effort estimating, project scheduling, risk and change management;
  • Ability to execute and prioritize a number of tasks simultaneously, resolving interdependencies;
  • Upper-intermediate or advanced level or writing and verbal English.
