• Partners with senior leadership and key stakeholders to identify, develop, and execute new strategic and business development opportunities that are aligned with the company objectives;
• Manages financial models to assess returns on invested capital and overall impact to company P&L;
• Provides leadership and manages the development of investment and growth theses based on industry research, internal knowledge, and new and existing roadmaps;
• Break down the overall strategy into strategic initiatives with clear charters (end state, targets/KPIs, deliverables, timelines and team structures) in cooperation with Regional and Functional leaders;
• Track progress against strategic initiatives, e.g., monthly balanced scorecard;
• Identify opportunities/projects, e.g, gaps in strategy, performance improvement opportunities, trends;
• Directly structure and lead strategic projects and performance improvement efforts, e.g., market entry strategies, country/regional strategies, competitive response strategies, margin enhancement efforts, cost reduction efforts, etc.

• 7+ years full-time practice as a Senior Manager in the software outsourcing industry;
• 5+ years of relevant business experience in strategy or business leadership roles;
• Excellent strategic planning, project management, critical thinking and leadership skills;
• Ability to work with strong, strategic planning and organizational skills; high sense of urgency; self-motivated and directed with a bias towards action, adaptable and flexible in assuming new responsibilities, team focused and detail oriented;
• Ability to analyze, interpret and utilize significant data to make sound business decisions; strong quantitative data analysis skills;
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills; ability to engage and influence different levels across the organization;
• Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities; ability to clearly communicate and adapt presentation style to deliver compelling messages to senior leaders, key stakeholders, board members and external business partners;
• Able to effectively work remotely/virtually from your home office as a key member of a geographically distributed team;
• Willing and able to travel on-demand up to 75% of the time (throughout territory and, on occasion, to our global office locations);
• Fluent in writing/speaking English.

• MBA;
• Technical Background;
• Master's degree in Computer Science or similar;
• PMP Certification.
