• Build and manage relationships with Microsoft partner & sales teams, increasing the network of partner stakeholders that are aware of our portfolio and expertise;
  • Coordinate Go-to-Market activities with sales, marketing and relevant SMEs and practice leaders, driving growth and visibility for Microsoft field teams;
  • Orchestrate the publishing process of offerings for Azure Marketplace and AppSource;
  • Maintain co-sell pipeline in Partner Center, adding and updating co-sell opportunities, raising funding requests for PoCs, assisting in the PAL association, etc.;
  • Facilitate introduction to partners sales team for co-sell engagement and intelligence gathering;
  • Promote internally the benefits of Microsoft partnership and increase the internal awareness about existing partnership possibilities;
  • Ensure competency requirements are met and if needed proactively engage the relevant internal and external stakeholders to achieve them;
  • Together with L&D department help developing internal Microsoft expertise, keep Partner Center up-to-date;
  • Subject to the workload, contribute to the evaluation and development of other relevant partners and strategic alliance initiatives.

  • Proactive, results-oriented, self-starter, with ability to implement partner business plan and drive partner revenue goals;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, confidence interacting with partners and prospects;
  • Language skills: English - at least B2, German - not mandatory but would be a plus;
  • Ability to travel cross Europe and to attend networking and other events if needed (regularly but not too often);
  • Personal network of connections within Microsoft and deep understanding of Microsoft internal processes and partner program requirements;
  • Thorough knowledge of the related market and competitors.
Nice to have:
  • Would be a plus previous experience of working with Microsoft in an alliance / channel or sales role, or experience of working at Microsoft in sales or partner development / channel sales.
Higher Education:
  •  Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in engineering, business or another relevant area.
