Project Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned IT leader to join Intellias in the role of Head of Partnerships and Alliances. The role will be responsible for setting up and running a global partnership strategy including vendor partnerships, integration partnerships, and ecosystem partnerships. One of the key responsibilities will be shaping and executing partnerships and alliances strategy in close collaboration with the company’s functional leaders and including such functions as technology office, marketing, sales, talent management, and delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Setting up and running a global partnership strategy including vendor partnerships, integration partnerships, and ecosystem partnerships;
  • Design, lead, and manage our Partnerships and Alliances model, including prioritization and sequencing;
  • Alignment of our partnership strategy across all departments Partnership with Sales, Marketing, Delivery;
  • Partnership with sales enablement on measurement, operational framework and tracking of our partnership's strategy creation, iteration, tracking and improvement on KPIs for our partnerships, alliances and business development efforts;
  • Assess how each partnership and alliance will support Intellias Technology Strategy;
  • Lead the effective collaboration between sales and partners at both new and existing customers to drive new logos and influence revenue;
  • Build an alliances strategy around Intellias whole technology services offering, articulating how each prioritized partnership provides additional value to our existing customer base, and/or expands use cases to grow the market of potential customers that would find value in Intellias technology offerings;
  • Maintain and manage the implementation of strategic alliances partnerships and go-to market plans;
  • Shaping and executing partnerships and alliances strategy in close collaboration with the company’s functional leaders;
  • External and internal representation of Intellias vision and roadmap for our partnership strategy.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree;
  • 10+ years of experience in technology fields, with a substantial portion in sales, marketing, business development or partnership roles;
  • History of developing and leading strategic partnerships like AWS, Microsoft, Google, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, NVIDIA, Snyk, Databricks, Snowflake;
  • Start-up mentality, excitement, and resiliency;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Strong planning, project and organizational skills;
  • Strong sense of technology trends;
  • Ability to work independently and with a team;
  • Strong executive presence;
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced and agile environment;
  • Demonstrated analytical and data-led decision-making.
