Excellence Programs led by Technology Office are the corner stone of professional growth and promotion of our fellow colleagues.

With the said above, Intellias is looking for the leader who will hold Head of Excellence role. This role is critical for assessing employee performance, identifying opportunities for training and development and cultivating talent pools. Excellence is the special organisation in Technology Office. The mission of Excellence is to identify, define and grow core consulting, technology and job-specific skills to create strong culture, foster high performance and alignment in the delivery organisation.

  • Drive the technology excellence across the company;
  • Do a strategic design of competence management function and oversee its implementation;
  • Manage the development of qualification standards and promotion criteria for technology experts of all levels to meet the strategic goals of the company;
  • Leading the Centres of Excellence (CoE) direction and managing the team of dedicated CoE leaders;
  • Collect and share the best practices and standards, provide valuable insights;
  • Provide ideas and solutions on growing employee motivation and loyalty;
  • Lead Excellence Programs at Intellias, focused on mentorship, community management and internal collaboration;
  • Lead the development of various training and educational programs;
  • Promote innovative skills and mindset within the company.
  • 8+ year in the industry;
  • 2+ years of proven leadership experience of managing mid-sized delivery unit, team or program;
  • Experience in leading competence development programs (desired) or at least contributing to competence development (must);
  • Strong understanding of how to build/manage career path, career matrix, promotion model, acquiring new competence and building existing ones;
  • A record of successful launch of new programs, as well as active participation in pre-sales activity;
  • Good understanding of existing technology trends and challenges;
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to mine the existing information and provide valuable insights;
  • Excellent coaching and mentorship skills;
  • Achievements in implementing company-wide initiatives and driving corporate changes is a big plus.
Higher Education:
  • Master’s Degree in Technology and/or Management.
