Project Overview:

We are looking for the seasoned professional in project, program and portfolio management, to run set of software development engagements.

Key responsibilities:

Ensure proper quality of delivery processes;
Build trustful relationships with key clients;
Mitigate risks and solve issues associated with clients satisfaction;
Create attractive environment to satisfy employees needs and expectations;
Grow leadership and develop delivery leaders;
Run pre-sales and engage new clients;
Supervise recruitment process and on-boarding of the newcomers;
Build governance and management processes;
Manage PnL;
Manage Marketing and Sales activities within the department;
Manage contractual activities.

Requirements:

Program and Portfolio Management;
Finance Management;
Crisis Management;
Experience managing 100+ FTE;
10+ experience in outsourcing software development industry;
Strong understanding of SDLC and modern technological trends;
Enchanting communication and negotiations skills;
Ability to establish solid working relationships with clients;
Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills are necessary;
English: Advanced.

Nice to have:

PMP;
MBA.
