Responsibilities:
  • Build trustful and long-lasting relationships with Customers;
  • Manage all aspects of Customer relationship;
  • Schedule delivery of services with delivery teams and value-added vendors;
  • Work with internal delivery teams and value-added vendors to ensure timely delivery of services;
  • Build and maintain Projects/Services Delivery Plan with Timelines for each and all Customers to ensure timely delivery;
  • Monitor Customers’ satisfaction, initiate and suggest areas of improvement;
  • Understand customer’s business needs, project success criteria and develop Individual Success Plan for each Customer;
  • Facilitate Business Review Sessions with Customers;
  • Assist in creating training courses and educational materials;
  • Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience;
  • Be a bridge between customer - sales - delivery teams to ensure customers success;
  • Make sure that what was promised by sales team matches with customers expectations and ensure that it is deliver to customer on time.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of working experience as Customer Success Manager in the information technology sector;
  • Fluent English and German and excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must;
  • Strong organizational skills / project management including attention to detail and multi-tasking is a must;
  • Ability to build and leverage Projects Plan with Timelines using JIRA or other Project Management tool;
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships;
  • Ability to build positive relations with users and colleagues;
  • Ability to analyze and understand the core of each request — not just what but why it’s needed;
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information in non-technical terms;
  • Experience working with B2B clients;
  • You should be a well-organized person, who it’s easy to rely on.
