A newly conceptualized Digital Eco System is comprised of set of capabilities including online shop & website, linking online & offline, customization & personalization, engagement & membership, digital product & services.

Responsibilities:

As a marketing automation specialist, you will be part of the team that manages and sets the global standards for marketing automation within the DES program;
You will be creating digital marketing campaigns and leveraging the connections with our powerful data models leveraging our growing marketing automation toolkit;
You will provide help and support to our 130 markets who will be using our tools to achieve their marketing goals.

Requirements:

2 years of experience in marketing automation, sales funnel, and campaign management;
1 year of experience in the end-to-end implementation of using marketing automation tools;
Good understanding of web development (JavaScript, HTML, and CSS);
An analytical and logical perspective, with the ability to view a problem from different angles;
Customer-facing and excellent oral and written communication skills;
Ability to participate in On-Call support (one week per month, 24/7) and to be ready to respond on support request (production issue) if it occurs. Extra payment is supposed for On-Call support participation.

Nice to have:

Experience with Adobe Campaign (preferably Standard);
Experience with Marketo or Salesforce;
Experience Adobe Analytics & Adobe Target;
Coding experience in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS;
At least basic understanding of Git or any other version control software;
The ability to turn a business problem into a technical solution, including technical requirements gathering and solution design;
Strong awareness of audience knowledge, and the ability to adjust language accordingly.
