Project Overview:

Our client provides a property management software product and support services for the $100 billion Airbnb and vacation rental market.
Our client is looking for an excellent and experienced Product Owner to join the product team and take part in developing billing service for our B2B2C SaaS platform.
You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll out products that deliver value to Property Management Companies.
Product Owner is responsible for the entire service and related backlog. Works closely with development and product management teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Direct communication with external and internal stakeholders to elicit, clarify and prioritize requirements;
  • Participation in creating Product/Service Vision;
  • Supporting Product/Service documentation;
  • Alignment of team backlog priorities according to company objectives;
  • Gather and prioritize requirements, working closely with Product Team, Sales, Customer Success, and Support;
  • Determine market trends, business, and technical trends, by conducting a competitive analysis;
  • Backlog Refinement and Prioritization;
  • Iteration Planning;
  • Just-in-Time Story Elaboration;
  • Tactical decision making;
  • Epic / Story level business logic definition and elaboration;
  • Supporting Acceptance Test-Driven Development;
  • Understand Architecture Enabler Work;
  • Participate in Team Demo and Retrospective;
  • Defect management, triage, root cause definition, prioritization, acceptance;
  • Communicating status externally;
  • Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones;
  • Tracks project milestones and deliverables;
  • Calculate ROI of feature implementation for strategic decision making.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Business analysis and Product Ownership experience in B2B SaaS product companies;
  • Deep knowledge of the billing services area;
  • Ability to balance and prioritize business and user needs;
  • Experienced working with R&D teams and within cross-functional customer project teams;
  • Strong UX capabilities;
  • Strong R&D/Tech understanding;
  • Excellent leadership and personal skills;
  • Excellent communication skills both with customers and within an organization;
  • Self-organized, process-driven;
  • Proven record of excellence;
  • Advanced English level.
