• Set and communicate the product vision to the team;
• Create, prioritize and adjust the product backlog according to priority, urgency, strategic product value and customer needs;
• Create and maintain product definition and feature description documents used internally and externally;

• 3+ years of experience as an agile product owner or Requirements Engineer;
• Experience in automotive;
• Ability to thoroughly document results of analysis to effectively represent business requirements;
• Ability and willingness to work through details, including where required;
• Requirements elicitation, organization and analysis skills;
• Experience in developing and adapting processes and flows;
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and engineering practices;
• Upper-intermediate level of English;
• Excellent communication skills and flexibility to work in multi-cultural and multi-functional environments;
• Highly developed problem-solving, analytical thinking skills with technical understanding;
• Well-developed negotiation skills: ability to interact, negotiate and influence peers and leaders;
• Experience in handling objections;
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure with tight deadlines and demanding quality;
• Creative, resourceful and analytical problem solver.
