Responsibilities:
  • Interface with Product Owner (PO) to take direction on solution vision and business needs;
  • Transform client’s ideas into solution&design concepts (In collaboration with Solution architect, UX\UI designer);
  • Elicit, analyze and document requirements from various stakeholders; moderate requirements elicitation meetings, brainstorming workshops;
  • Decompose stakeholder and solution requirements to a manageable level and translate them to the development team;
  • Support PO with RoadMap maintenance, requirements prioritization;
  • Define solution quality attributes (non-functional requirements) including external interfaces and constraints;
  • Manage and groom team backlog, collaborate closely with developers to ensure successful delivery;
  • Communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders;
  • Contribute to a continuous improvement of established internal processes.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in IT business analysis;
  • The clear understanding of principles and specifics of SDLC;
  • Extensive knowledge of business analysis activities and techniques;
  • Knowledge of modeling notations (UML, BPMN);
  • Knowledge of requirements management tools (at least JIRA & Confluence);
  • Ability to set up BA approach from scratch optimal for the specific project ecosystem;
  • Upper-intermediate level of English;
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
Nice to have:
  • Hands-on experience in driving the Discovery phase of the project, knowledge of Discovery frameworks such as Design Sprint, Service design, etc.;
  • Fintech domain knowledge;
  • Scrum master, Delivery coordination background;
  • BA and Agile certifications.
