• Analyze per item and aggregate data for sales, pipeline of deals, marketing and other expenses across geographies, industries, services domains, etc.;
  • Perform and present studies and researches, make analytical conclusions and formulate actionable advice for further decision making;
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in the processes and suggest, design, implement and control fixes thereto;
  • Cross-check and validate data in CRM and other systems, sales reporting, budgets and performance reports;
  • Develop, maintain and continuously update of all sales reporting, dashboards, metrics and analyses;
  • Coordinate sales forecasting, planning and budgeting process for the Sales Organization. Where needed coordinate planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the company;
  • Aide in assessing and developing plans for implementing ongoing changes to the sales processes and operations;
  • Assist in developing, maintaining and collecting the set of KPIs and metrics for Sales Organization. Provide the company leadership with transparent visibility of Sales performance;
  • Aide in preparing methodological, summary and presentation materials for supporting and enabling the sales function.
Анастасія Штанопруд
  • 3+ years of analytical experience in business (sales and marketing in multinational or globally-focused digital business preferred) or consulting (Big4 preferred);
  • Strong analytical mindset. Necessary set of hard skills: data and performance tools (Advanced Excel & Powerpoint as a minimum, PowerBI user is a plus), experience with modelling and datasets, experience with presentation/reporting tools;
  • Higher education in mathematics, economics or business. International experience / study abroad / exchange program graduate is a plus;
  • Proactive, motivated and strong interpersonal communicator;
  • Excellent attention to details and organizational skills;
  • Upper Intermediate English is a must, Advanced is preferred.
Higher Education:
  • Master’s Degree.
