Project Overview:

Senior Facilities Specialist is responsible for maintaining the office, including management of vendors providing services and completion of duties associated with purchasing and stocking supplies for office maintenance; resolves general maintenance requests and emergency orders; performs minor repair works; provides general assistance during events and business visits etc.

  • Manage and coordinate the facility specialists team;
  • Overseeing and manage all everyday functions concerning the office;
  • Ensures standard furniture and devices supply;
  • Carries out the reception of deliveries from suppliers and vendors;
  • Prepares the workplace for new comers;
  • Replaces individuals/teams within the office;
  • Resolves Service Desks tickets on office issues;
  • Independently troubleshoots the appliances, electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and other systems or initiates service providers visits;
  • Performs basic office repairs (including furniture and appliances) and miscellaneous works as needed;
  • Participates in office relocation process;
  • Performs infrastructure tasks connected to new offices launching;
  • Participates in initiatives, processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency;
  • Performs a variety of preventive maintenance tasks;
  • Inspects office on daily basis according to the check list;
  • Provides support during the planning and conducting of internal events (corporate events, conferences, trainings etc.);
  • Ensures proper execution of eco-initiatives (waste sorting, energy saving etc.);
  • Fire safety, air conditioning, heating issues maintenance;
  • Provides transportation and delivery services;
  • Stock management and logistics process improvement;
  • Interacts with all departments of the Company;
  • Other duties as requested or defined by role.
  • Previous experience of customer service environment;
  • General technical knowledge and background;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Strong attention to details;
  • Prioritization skills;
  • Physical ability to perform job requirements.
