2+ years of experience as an Office Manager (working in an IT company is a plus);
Advanced English knowledge, Ukrainian as a significant plus;
Advanced PC and internet user, knowledge of MS products (JIRA is a plus) ;

Responsibilities:
Maintains all office equipment procurement, consumable and expandable materials, and industrial and household items in compliance with internal policies & procedures ;
Ensures proper running and maintenance of office, utilities, and infrastructure by coordinating with suppliers and vendors (from tenders to operational activities);
Ensures proper functioning of payment management on location (sort of incoming invoices, preparing for payment etc.);
Explores, identifies, and participates in initiatives, processes, and procedures to improve operational efficiency and implements positive changes to office conditions and processes;
Liaise with other departments on related activities (helping with preparation for internal and external events, meetings, strategy sessions, etc.);
Works with incoming and outgoing mail correspondence and document workflow (cooperation with courier services; delivery of correspondence, and sort of incoming mails);
Monitors issues in corporate system Service Desk (JIRA) responding to internal customer inquiries, resolves the tickets according to SLA;
Reporting on cash expenses;
Supporting of the IT department: onboarding/offboarding process as IT Support, issuance of equipment, inventorying, monitoring whether the Internet Mbit limit is sufficiently set (if іt is necessary, initiate an increase process) etc;
