Your responsibilities could include resource calculation and allocation, tracking and reporting key financial metrics. We look for people who enjoy collaboration with teammates, data analysis, and have a passion for the IT industry.

Responsibilities:

Verification and processing of timesheets;
Be responsible for approval of time logs and special time handling (day offs, sick days, etc);
Be responsible for preparing time logs for Clients;
Cost of sales calculation and invoicing under supervision;
Verification and confirmation of all appropriate cost centres usage;
Verification of detailed list of transactions for correct expenses allocation, verification of documents;
Accounts receivable control and management;
Ensure compliance for time recording with financial and accounting policies.

Requirements:

Experience in Google Sheets and Excel;
Good English communication skills (both written and verbal) is a must (communication with all teams is in English);
Proficiency in written Ukrainian;
3 years of experience in accounting, finance and/or financial analysis;
Ability to synthesise large quantities of complex data into actionable information;
Ability to work and effectively communicate with team members;
Basic knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles (IFRS).
