The role is to carry out administrative work with the VP of Sales Financial Services & Insurance (50% of the load) and Talent Delivery/Recruitment Department assistance (other 50% of the load).
Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities in cooperation with the VP of Sales Financial Services & Insurance:
- Organizing meetings and appointments, assisting in creating and distributing meeting minutes for executive meetings;
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
- Reminding of important tasks and deadlines;
- Compiling and preparing reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and correspondence;
- Managing databases and filing systems;
- Ad hoc requests, etc;
- Responsibilities in Delivery/Recruitment Department assistance:
- Assisting in the recruitment process;
- Posting vacancies;
- Working with the referral campaigns;
- Working with contacts from events from the marketing;
- Maintain internal databases;
- Conduct market research;
- Preparation of analytical reports, etc.
Requirements:
- English & German proficiency (advanced or fluent level) is a must;
- Previous work experience as a personal/recruiting assistant position or similar assignment;
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
- Open-minded and energetic person;
- Higher education.
Nice to have:
- Bachelor's Degree.
